Terms of Use
Last updated: 26 August 2026
These terms govern your use of the MailBridge Outlook add-in and website. By installing or using MailBridge, you agree to them.
The service
MailBridge is an Outlook add-in that files emails into your CRM, together with this website.
License
Access to MailBridge is licensed, not sold. An individual license is tied to a single mailbox and cannot be shared. A team license is tied to a domain and covers up to the number of seats purchased; each colleague activates it with their own address on that domain, no account or admin portal required. Either way, the license follows the mailbox, not the device: it works on any machine where you open that mailbox in Outlook.
Free trial
Every mailbox gets a 7-day free trial, no card required, with full access to all features. A trial is available once per mailbox per 12-month period. It ends outright at its term, with no grace period: archiving stops until a license is activated, while your CRM connection and settings stay exactly as you left them.
Pricing and billing
An individual or team license is obtained by contacting us; we set up the key and send it to you by email, at the rate in effect when you order. The subscription renews until cancelled.
Acceptable use
You will not bypass or attempt to bypass license verification, decompile or tamper with the key-signing mechanism, share a key beyond the seats purchased, or use MailBridge in a way that disrupts the service, abuses the free trial, or infringes on others’ rights.
Availability
MailBridge keeps working temporarily even if our servers are unreachable, and does not depend on a permanent connection to our servers to verify your license. We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; if something looks wrong, contact support.
Data
How data tied to your license (email address, key, activation log) is handled is described on the privacy page. License verification never has access to the content of your emails or your CRM.
Ownership
MailBridge owns the add-in and this website. The emails and CRM records you archive through MailBridge remain yours.
Liability
MailBridge is provided as is, without warranty beyond what the law requires. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You can stop using MailBridge and not renew your license at any time. We may suspend or revoke a license for a breach of these terms, non-payment, or a refund, giving notice where reasonably possible. A paid license gets an offline grace period after it expires; an explicit revocation cuts access without waiting for that grace. A free trial always ends outright at its term, with no grace period.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, in particular to reflect changes to features, pricing, or applicable law. Continuing to use MailBridge after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts at the operator’s registered seat.
